چکیده

Phosphorus (P) is a limiting factor of plant development due to its low availability in the soil. The use endophytic phosphate solubilizing bacteria as more sustainable alternative chemical phosphorus fertilizers proposed this study. objectives were analyze effect simple inoculations native peanut on growth promotion and P content soybean maize evaluate their survival colonization capacity these plants. In addition, bacterial cell wall degrading enzymes activities presence or absence root exudates was determined. Soybean, plants grown microcosm scale inoculated with Enterobacter sp. J49 Serratia S119. It observed that strains promoted contributed significantly tissues. A significant increase rhizosphere after end assay observed. showed survive plant’s substrate case J49, it also colonize endophytically soybean. Root three produce changes pectinase cellulase strains. analyzed study constitutes potential sources for formulation biofertilizers application several crops agricultural soils content.

Growth promotion of maize by phosphate-solubilizing bacteria isolated from composts and macrofauna.

Five bacterial strains with phosphate-solubilizing ability and other plant growth promoting traits increased the plant biomass (20-40%) by paper towel method. Glasshouse and field experiments were conducted using two efficient strains Serratia marcescens EB 67 and Pseudomonas sp. CDB 35. Increase in plant biomass (dry weight) was 99% with EB 67 and 94% with CDB 35 under glasshouse conditions. I...

Plant growth promotion induced by phosphate solubilizing endophytic Pseudomonas isolates

The use of plant growth promoting bacterial inoculants as live microbial biofertilizers provides a promising alternative to chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Inorganic phosphate solubilization is one of the major mechanisms of plant growth promotion by plant associated bacteria. This involves bacteria releasing organic acids into the soil which solubilize the phosphate complexes converting t...

Role of Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria (psb) in Enhancing P Availability and Promoting Cotton Growth

Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) mediate the soil processes such as decomposition, nutrient mobilization, mineralization, solubilization, nitrogen fixation and growth hormone production. Microorganisms having the phosphate solubilizing capacity can convert the insoluble phosphates into soluble forms through the production of organic acids. Inoculation of seed with P-solubilizing micr...

Role of phosphate solubilizing bacteria on rock phosphate solubility and growth of aerobic rice.

Use of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) as inoculants has concurrently increased phosphorous uptake in plants and improved yields in several crop species. The ability of PSB to improve growth of aerobic rice (Oryza sativa L.) through enhanced phosphorus (P) uptake from Christmas island rock phosphate (RP) was studied in glasshouse experiments. Two isolated PSB strains; Bacillus spp. PSB9 a...

Effect of immobilized phosphate solubilizing bacteria on wheat growth and phosphate uptake

A study was performed to investigate the efficiency of rhizobacteria on solubilization of rock phosphate and their assimilation by wheat plants in quartz sand potted experiments. Two phosphate solubilizing bacteria, P. fluorescens and Serratia sp. were encapsulated in sodium alginate and potato starch beads and selected to investigate the variation on pH values, the enzymatic activity of alkali...
